In just 1 hour, the Process Bases Training workshop is designed to help you unlock your full potential as an athlete by focusing on personal growth and development, not just wins and losses.
We'll start by identifying your unique action indicators—those specific behaviors that truly reflect your progress and values. Think about what a pro scout would see in a silent video of your performance. What are you most proud of? What do you hope they don't notice? We'll dig deep into what matters to you and how to measure success beyond the podium.
You'll learn to navigate the thoughts and feelings that arise during competition, using Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) principles to stay present and engaged. We'll explore purposeful debriefing, a structured framework to reflect on events, assess your thoughts and behaviors, identify personal growth (your wins), and plan your next steps. It's about measuring what's meaningful to you and using those insights to fuel your development.
Through interactive exercises and personal reflection, you'll create a personalized action plan, grounded in your values and action indicators. You'll leave with a clear strategy for continuous improvement, a stronger sense of self-awareness, and a renewed commitment to your athletic journey.
